Elida graduate Stewart named NAIA bowling All-American

Lourdes University’s Jordyn Stewart, an Elida graduate, has been named to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Women’s Bowling All-America second team.

This is the first season the NAIA has named All-Americans in women’s bowling, making Stewart the first All-American in the program’s history.

Stewart led Lourdes with a 191 average over 42 games and posted a team-leading 258 during the year. She was also named a second team All Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference selection this season.

This season Stewart helped the Gray Wolves qualify for the NAIA National Championships for the first time in program history. The event was canceled due to the COVID-19 virus.
