Ottawa-Glandorf defeats Elida in girls basketball

OTTAWA — Elissa Ellerbrock had 35 points as Ottawa-Glandorf got a 76-46 Western Buckeye League victory over Elida on Thursday night.

Danielle Schroeder and Kylie White had 11 points each for the host Titans. Bailee Kuhn (19), Abby Waddle (12) and Shyah Wheeler (10) all scored in double digits for the Bulldogs.

Paulding 55, Perry 48

PERRY TOWNSHIP — Brooke Combs had 16 points and Suzanne Reinhart and Cassidy Posey each had 10 points for Paulding. Alanna Sanks (15), Courtland Fowler (13) and LaKisha Edmonds (10) all scored in double digits for Perry.

Columbus Grove 55, Bluffton 45

COLUMBUS GROVE — Jade Clement had 24 points and Lynea Diller scored 12 for the host Bulldogs, who improved to 6-1 in the Northwest Conference. Andie Schmutz had 20 points and Abbie Parkins and Kearstin Berry scored nine each for Bluffton.

Versailles 56, Delphos St. John’s 22

DELPHOS — Bekah Fischer had seven points to lead Delphos St. John’s.

Celina 73, Shawnee 49

CELINA — Trisha Dennis (17), Kelly Stahl (12), Heather Heiby (11) and Haley McGillvary (11) all scored in double digits for the host Bulldogs. DeAsia Smith (14), Rachel Evans (13) and Maryssa Herschler (12) all finished in double digits for Shawnee.

Crestview 69, Allen East 27

CONVOY — Kennis Mercer (16), Emily Bauer (15) and Paige Motycka (10) all scored in double digits for Crestview. Carly Clum had 10 points and Aubri Woods scored eight for Allen East.

MARIA STEIN — Emily Mescher had 15 points and Cadince Jacobs and Allie Thobe scored nine each for the host Flyers. Karli Jones (15), Debbie Paul (14) and Aylse Clune (12) all scored in double digits for New Bremen.

VAN WERT — The visiting Bulldogs outscored the Cougars 12-6 in the fourth quarter to secure the WBL victory. Alexis Dowdy had 12 points and Alexa Dunlap and Erin Morrow scored eight each for Van Wert.

MINSTER — Rosie Westerbeck had 22 points and Mariah McKenzie scored 11 for Minster. Brooke Welsh had 13 points and Lauren Leugers scored eight for Coldwater.
