Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dec. 26

Anthony J. Wobler was appointed a trustee for Putnam County Free Public Library to a term from Jan. 15 through Dec. 31, 2022.

Dec. 29

Federal National Mortgage Association, Beaverton, Oregon, was granted a foreclosure against David M. Lane, Columbus Grove, Georgina R. Lane, Oak Harbor, and George J. Borchers, Ottawa, in the amount of $93,107.08, plus interest and costs.

Dec. 30

John Love was sworn-in to another term as Putnam County commissioner and Robert L. Benroth was sworn-in to another term as Putnam County auditor.

Dec. 31

Todd J. Mangas, 26, 119½ Jefferson St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for burglary and 12 months in prison for theft. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 104 days served. He was ordered to pay restitution of $1,336.47 and ordered to complete an evaluation for the WORTH Center.

Burnell Charles Rau, Continental, was appointed to a term for the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission to a term through Dec. 31, 2019.
