400 block of North West Street, Lima — A woman said she had a verbal altercation with her husband, who was drunk Tuesday. He left the residence and texted her that he was going to “shoot up” the house. A report of domestic violence was made.

800 block of North Jackson Street, Lima — A man reported breaking and entering of his home Tuesday, his vehicle has also been broken into prior but never reported the incident.

300 block of South Jackson Street, Lima — A woman called the Lima Police Department to report fraud Tuesday. She had a check mailed to her former address where her ex-boyfriend still lived. He took the $48 check for himself and cashed it in her name.

100 block of West Market Street, Lima — A man was reportedly causing damage to several vehicles Tuesday, kicking off side mirrors. Patrick Lombardo was taken into custody for the offenses, but was released on a signature bond.

400 block of West High Street, Lima — Officers were called to reports of a damaged store window Tuesday.

600 block of Hazel Avenue, Lima — An unknown vehicle backed into the southwest corridor of a garage Tuesday. The unknown vehicle struck the building and left the scene.

500 block of Hope Street, Lima — An officer was dispatched to the area in reference to a burglary complaint Tuesday.

200 block of South Collett Street, Lima — Officers responded to a drug overdose Wednesday. A man was found on the bathroom floor with shallow breathing and drug paraphernalia near his body. The man was revived and taken to the hospital for further treatment.

540 South Central Avenue, Lima — Officers were called to the Lima Allen Council of Community Affairs building to a reported theft Wednesday. Two listed computer towers were removed from the computer lab by someone. After watching security camera footage, officers were able to begin their investigation. No arrests were made.

200 block of North Shore Drive, Lima — A woman reported two marble table pedestals were stolen from her property and were damaged Wednesday.

2350 N. Cole St., Lima — Two employees of Shawnee Properties complained of ongoing harassing phone calls made to their work cellphones to the LPD on Wednesday. The two men said the calls were becoming more frequent, between 18 to 23 phone calls a day.

Metzger Reservoir — Someone “defeated” the padlocks to the reservoir’s work trailers and removed several items from the inside.

U.S. 30 Eastbound rest area — Victim said a man with a handgun robbed him Tuesday. The offender and victim were listed as business partners. The victim reportedly had scratches to the neck and a contusion to the head.
