Law-enforcement officials were looking for information about the crimes and people listed below. The program offers anonymous cash rewards up to $1,000 to those who provide information that leads to the apprehension and indictment of wanted suspects. CRIME OF THE WEEK
Lima Police Department detectives were asking for the public’s help in finding the person who killed 38-year-old Rhiannon Rhoads on March 6. Her body was found inside her home in the 700 block of Linden Street.
