March grand jury indictments for Allen County

An Allen County grand jury returned 16 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:

Ricardo D. Brown, 49, of Dayton, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them with specifications.

Brandon S. Caudill, 28, of Berea, Kentucky, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specification.

Ronnie M. Parker, 41, of Richmond, Kentucky, aggravated possession of drugs.

Christopher L. Brownlow, of 1150 Westerly Drive, Apt. A., trespass in a habitation and domestic violence.

Michael W. Hall, 53, of 1205 E. High St., three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them with specifications.

Celeel D. Curtis, 18, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, rape and robbery.

Kevin D. Godsey, 18, involuntary manslaughter, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Carlton F. Peters, 26, of 223 S. Jameson Ave., felonious assault.

Steven A. Davenport, 46, of 795 S. Elizabeth St., three counts of domestic violence.

Edward E. Henry, 27, of 1111 W. Market St., aggravated burglary and domestic violence.

Joshua A. Sexton, 39, of 4630 W. Elm St., failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.

Tyronne M. Florence, 23, of 1223 E. Elm St., having weapons while under disability.

Andrew J. Vasquez, 24, of Ottawa, receiving stolen property, grand theft of a motor vehicle and burglary.

David E. Tyson, 46, of 163 S. Dewey St., two counts of felonious assault.

Jeffrey H. Gaskin, 53, of 910 Crayton Ave., three counts of forgery.

Monisha S. Jackson, 32, of 829 Rice Ave., forgery.
