LIMA — Mr. and Mrs. Perry Converse, of Lima, celebrated 65 years of marriage January 27, 2015.
Converse and the former Dee (Doleta) Leigh were married Jan.27, 1950 at Wesley Methodist Church.
They are the parents of two daughters, Barb (Richard) Cheney of Lima and Jayne (Larry) Webb of Duncan, Oklahoma; and one son, David (Debbie) Converse of Elida. They have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Converse is retired from Ford Motor Company. His wife is a homemaker.
