Coach: Todd Boblitt

Years, career record: 10, 104-119

Division: III

Last year: 15-9, 3-5 NWC (fifth)

Returning letterwinners (* returning starter): Gabe Denecker (Sr., 6-4, post); Dakota Bricker (Jr., 5-9, guard)

Promising newcomers: Anthony Kingsley (Sr., 6-2, wing); Trevor Bassitt (Sr., 6-5, post); Zane Myers (Sr., 6-0, wing); Colin Phillips (Sr., 5-10, post); Cole Fruchey (Jr., 6-0, wing); Kaleb Jefferson (Jr., 6-0, wing); Luke Denecker (Fr., 5-10, guard)

Team outlook: The Pirates are an intelligent team with a good understand of roles and responsibilities, but they’re still learning to be patient and slow the game down to run the offense out of sets and apply a solid man-to-man defense. “So far, our seniors are doing a nice job leading and providing a positive role to our young guys,” coach Todd Boblitt said. “Our group is coachable and has a desire to improve.”
