Coach: Chris Kuhlman

Years, career record: First year

Division: IV

Last year: 20-5, 10-1 BVC (first), 5-2 PCL (second)

Returning letterwinners (* returning starter): Grant Schroeder (6-2, guard); Devin Hiegel (6-1, forward); Jordan Berger (6-3, forward)

Promising newcomers: Chase Dunham (Sr., 6-3, forward); Grant Rader (Sr., 6-1, forward); Hunter Morman (Sr., 6-2, forward); Cole Rieman (So., 5-11, guard); Dylan Schroeder (So., 6-2, forward)

Team outlook: The Vikings lost their coach, Scott Maag, and the player of the year in the PCL, center Jordan Brown, so they’ll rely on being physical after losing seven seniors to graduation. “Although we are senior dominant, we have very little varsity experiment,” said coach Chris Kuhlman, an assistant coach at Leipsic for 10 years. “We only return 23 percent of our points from last season and 22 percent of our rebounds.”
