DEFIANCE — Led by medalist Jeffery Knueve’s 3-under-par 69, Kalida won the team title at the 18-team Panther Golf Invitational held Thursday at Auglaize Golf Club.

The Wildcats finished with a team score of 306 followed by Archbold 333. Also contributing to Kalida’s winning score were Trent Siebeneck (77), who had the fourth-lowest individual score, Christian Nartker (78) and Collin Nartker (82).

Paulding (355) finished tied for eighth, Allen East (381) tied for 11th, Fort Jennings (385) was 14th followed by Delphos Jefferson (389) in 15th.

Area players with the low rounds for their schools included: Allen East’s Grant Whitley and Paulding’s Ethan Dominique, who each shot 82, Fort Jennings’ Logan Hardeman (88) and Delphos Jefferson’s Braden Hammons (91).

Bluffton 180,

Arlington 191

BLUFFTON — Aaron Belcher (39), Tyler McLaughlin (42), Nephi Peralta (49) and Jordan Siefer (50) combined for the winning score at the par-36 Bluffton Golf Club. Arlington’s Cole Thomas was medalist with a 37.

VERSAILLES — St. Henry finished fourth with a total of 406 behind first-place Alter (374) in the 13-team event at the par-72 Stillwater Valley Golf Club. Jessica Clune led the Redskins with a 100. Sarah Parker led New Bremen (476), which finished tied for ninth, with a 118. Fort Loramie’s Emily Knouff was medalist with a 78.

Antwerp 102, Parkway 218

ROCKFORD — Haylee Stukey led Parkway with a 50 at the par-36 Deerfield Golf Course. Antwerp’s Emilee Phillips was medalist with a 43.

Lima Central Catholic 188,

Bluffton 197

LIMA — Meghan Mulcahy (45), Lexie Evans (47), Hannah Garver (47) and Callie Koenig (49) all contributed to LCC’s winning score at the par-36 Oaks Golf Club. Kayleigh Coughlan led Bluffton with a 44.

Defiance Invitational

DEFIANCE — Lincolnview (407) finished third behind Northview (334) and Whitmer (394) with Shawnee (421) coming in fourth in the 11-team event at the par-71 Eagle Rock Golf Club. Celina (556) finished 10th.

Marissa Miller led Lincolnview with a 96 and Megan Spainhower shot an 87 for Shawnee’s low round. Aliyah Glass led Celina with a 127.
