LIMA — A 4-foot-11, 105-pound Toledo woman who led police on a brief chase through downtown Lima last month was arraigned Monday in Allen County Common Pleas Court on an escape charge.

Planning Commission announces holiday overtime enforcement

LIMA —The Lima/Allen County Regional Planning Commission announced that as of Dec. 16 through the new year, federal, state and local law enforcement will be working overtime to enforce impaired driving laws and Allen County law enforcement agencies will be no exception.
