BLUFFTON — Autumn Noreen Thiellesen and Joel Alexander Frazee were married at 4 p.m., Oct. 5, 2013 at the Addison Oaks Buhl Estate in the grand ballroom, in Leonard, MI by Chuck Sonquist.The Addison Oaks Buhl Estate has a rich history dating back more than 100 years. This elegant English tudor-style manor home is set amidst dramatic willow and surrounded by formal flower gardens. It overlooks one of many spring fed lakes.
Parents of the bride are Lisa and James Colby and Jeffrey Temple, all of MI.
Parents of the groom are Angel Music and Shirley Frazee, of Ohio. The groom is also the son of the late George H. Frazee III.
The bride wore an ivory ballgown by Oleg Cassini with a pearl beaded headband instead of a veil. The bride and bridesmaids carried purple and white calla lillies in their bouquets.
Standing with the bride were Brittany Dossetto and Lauren Fuller. Bridal attendants included Delaney Groves, Grace Patti, Megan McMahon, Rich McNeal and Jonah Meltzer. Lark Groves served as flower girl.
Best man was Brian Dara. Groomsmen included the bride’s brother, Nikko Colby, John Fisher, Mathew Lira, Chris Jakob, Daniel Bailey and Jeremy Mann. Ring bearer was Kevin Groves.
The reception was held at the Addison Oaks Buhl Estate in the grand ballroom.
Both the bride and groom are active in the Detroit area theater.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy. She is attending the University of Detroit Mercy.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy. He is employed as a mortgage banker by Quicken Loans, in Detroit, MI.
The couple reside in Royal Oak, MI.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Traverse City, MI.
