CELINA — Kalida defeated Bath in a fifth-score tiebreaker after each shot a 322 in the Celina Invitational at Fox’s Den.

Kalida’s fifth score of 86 by Trent Siebeneck bettered Bath by eight shots.

Kenton (332) finished third followed by St. Marys (333) and Minster (334) in the 20-team event.

Drew Wayman of Wapakoneta was the medalist with an even-par 72, defeating St. Marys’ Carter Bowman by one shot. Bath’s Spencer Stubbs had a 74 and Kalida’s Jeff Knueve had a 76.

NWC quad match

OTTAWA — Lincolnview (186) defeated Spencerville (190), Paulding (196) and Columbus Grove (222). Joshah Rager of Lincolnview was medalist with a 38 at Country Acres.

PCL match

OTTAWA — Miller City (181) won against Leipsic (183), Ottoville (194) and Fort Jennings 198. Davis Lammers of Miller City had the low round of 40 at Pike Run.

CELINA — Derek Backs shot a 4-over 40 to lead Fort Recovery at the Mercer County Elks.

BELLEFONTAINE — Wapakoneta won with a school record 173 against Waynesfield-Goshen (221) and Bellefontaine (221) at Liberty Hills. Emily Klopfenstein led the Redskins with a personal best of 39.
