Putnam County Common Pleas Court


Dispositions/May 6


Rodney Hall, 48, 815 Eureka St., Lima, pleaded guilty to felony child support. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. June 17.


Beneficial Financial 1, Inc., Elmhurst, Ill., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Timothy Korte, Ottawa, and Heather G. Wells, Arlington, in the amount of $66,150.36, plus interest and costs.


Bank of America, Plano,Texas, was granted a foreclosure against John Duncan, Leipsic, and Tammy Duncan, Leipsic, in the amount of $72,090.95, plus interest and costs.


Thomas A. Bishop, 31, 2275 Brentlinger Road, Harrod, was granted judicial release. He was convicted of possession of drugs and burglary.


Disposition/May 7


Andrew M. Coe, 26, 13225 High St., Weston, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to intimidation of witness. He faces up to six months in jail, and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

May 6


Joshua L. Stant, 27, 509 W. Seventh St., Delphos, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, with $80 restitution to the Car-E-It.


Katie L. Gonzalez, 22, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 45, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: $150 fine. Pleaded guilty to seat belt. Sentence: $50 fine. Pleaded guilty to loud exhaust. Sentence: Costs only.


May 8


Zachary B. King, 32, 18205 State Route 189, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of attempted assault. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $300 fine, $150 suspended, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center, or equivalent agency.
