MILLER CITY — Mindy Rosengarten and Erick Gracely were married at 1 p.m., Aug. 24, 2013 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, in Miller City, by the Rev. Stephen Schroeder with Deacon Doyle Erford assisting.
Parents of the bride are Paul and Becky Rosengarten, of Miller City. Parents of the groom are Dan and Jacqueline Gracely, of Lima.
The bride wore an Allure fit and flare silhouette featuring a fitted, strapless, sweetheart bodice that was ruched asymmetrically and accented with a crystal brooch. She carried a bouquet of white daisies, purple, orange and white roses with purple beading.
Matron of honor was the bride’s sister-in-law, Nicole Rosengarten. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousins Emily Chevalier, Audrey Beining and Beth Tobe, the groom’s sister-in-law Phyllis Gracely and the couple’s friend Cheryl Troyer. Junior bridesmaid was Ava Rosengarten, Godchild of the bride. Flower girl was Kyla Rosengarten, niece of the bride.
Best man was the groom’s brother, Shawn Gracely. Groomsmen included the bride’s brothers, Seth Rosengarten and Kurt Rosengarten, and the couple’s friends, Mike Swickrath, Mike Troyer and Brian Mooney.
The reception was held at the Ottawa Knights of Columbus in Ottawa.
The bride is a graduate of Miller City High School and The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She is employed as a correctional program coordinator at Mansfield Correctional Institution.
Her husband is a graduate of Elida High School and The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science in agricultural engineering. He is employed as an engineer at General Dynamics Land Systems.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia.
They reside in Elida.
