New Knoxville student wins God, Flag and Country speech contest

NEW KNOXVILLE — Liberty Menke, an eighth-grader from New Knoxville schools, took first place in the 12- and 13-year-old division at the state God, Flag and Country speech contest.

She will compete at the national level in July in Grand Rapids, Mich.
