LIMA — A man accused of pulling a gun in a school parking lot sending people into a panic is scheduled to stand trial Aug. 19.


Terrance Jackson, 26, also has a motion hearing scheduled for July 31. The dates were set during a pretrial Wednesday in Allen County Common Pleas Court.


Jackson is charged with illegal possession of a deadly weapon in a school safety zone with a gun specification. He is accused of pulling a gun May 28 at Apollo Career Center after an argument with another person while he worked for Lane’s Moving & Storage. He was part of a crew moving furniture for renovations at the school.
