LIMA — A man and woman charged with robbing a store with a firearm were assigned trial dates Thursday.

Richard Lee Stoneburner, 26, is scheduled to stand trial March 27. He has a suppression hearing over a statement he made to investigators scheduled for Feb. 28.

Heather Lynn Stotler, 34, is scheduled to stand trial May 8.

Both are charged with aggravated robbery with a gun.

The robbery of the One Stop Shop Marathon at 4170 N. West St. happened Dec. 6. A man entered the gas station wearing a hooded sweatshirt and black mask over his face. He had a long-barrel black revolver, a deputy said.

He demanded cash and cigarettes before leaving the store, headed north on state Route 115, a deputy said.

Authorities said Stotler was the get-away driver who waited for Stoneburner nearby.
