Nov. 18

Breonna J. Stephens, 22, 1265 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, was ordered to complete the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include having contact with a person she was ordered not to have contact with on Oct. 19. She was placed on three years community control, have no contact with certain individuals, undergo drug and alcohol assessment and treatment once released from WORTH, have only one medical provider, and only one pharmacy. She was originally convicted of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (attempt) and possession of drugs.

Todd J. Mangas, 28, 119½ Jefferson St., Leipsic, was ordered to complete New Beginnings Outreach Ministries Freedom Hall Recovery Center program for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included failing to complete the recovery program. He was placed on three years community control, must undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring, attend NA and or AA meetings, have no contact with victims, and pay restitution of $1,336.47. He was originally convicted of burglary and theft.

Nov. 21

Aissa Siebeneck, Kalida, and Jared Siebeneck, Kalida, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 4, 2014 in West Leipsic, and have no children.

Nov. 22

Derek M. Schwab, 32, 18636 Road I-17, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for an amended charge of having weapons under disability (attempt). He was given credit for 82 days served and placed on three years community control. He must not possess any firearm and undergo a mental health assessment.

Nov. 23

Steven J. Nienberg, 28, 17373 Road J, Ottawa, was sentenced to six years in prison for felonious assault and another 36 months in prison for another count of felonious assault. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to each other and he was given credit for 46 days served. He must pay restitution of $701 and $3,247.50 to the victims.

Todd A. Benroth, 45, 15900 Road 14, Columbus Grove, was granted judicial release. He had been convicted of an amended charge of driving under the influence.

Nov. 28

Ashley N. Montgomery, 27, 204 Candlewood Drive, Richmond, Ky., charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, waived preliminary hearing and was bound over to common pleas court.

Montgomery was a passenger in a car that was pulled over on a traffic stop at 3:23 p.m. Nov. 24. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office reported a 2010 Toyota Camry was pulled over at the intersection of Ohio 15 and Road 19 in Monroe Township and Montgomery was found with cocaine, heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The Putnam County K-9 unit was dispatched, and the dog alerted to a narcotic odor emanating from the vehicle, the sheriff’s office reported.

The driver of the car has not been charged.

Nov. 17

Leslie Lauf, 37, 604 E. Fourth St., Spencerville, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $150 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Nov. 21

Kerriann Culp, 49, 207 Vidette St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine. She also pleaded guilty to driving under FRA non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $150 fine.

Devin M. Zeisloft, 19, 106 E. South St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Latosha Nance, 37, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 5A, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA/noncompliance. Sentence: $300 fine. She was also fined $50 for headlights.

Nov. 22

Thomas Bennett, 30, 129 E. Church St., Bradford, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He also pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.
