Fall festivals galore this weekend

According to the calendar, fall may have just started, but there a gobs of fall festivals this weekend.

BLUFFTON — The 13th annual Bluffton Fall Festival is 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday throughout town. There will be a farmers market, a 5K, a craft and home business expo, children’s events, pumpkin decorating, music and more.

CONTINENTAL — The Continental Fall Festival is 5 p.m. to midnight today, 8:30 a.m. to midnight Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday downtown. There will be rides, food vendors, battle of the businesses, entertainment, car show, poker run, wiffleball, pumpkin painting, cornhole, kiddie tractor pull, dodgeball, duck races, parade, purse bingo, drawing for prizes.

CONVOY — Convoy Community Days is 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday. There will be lawn mower drag races, fish fry, bingo, a ’50s and ’60s dance and food.

FINDLAY — Oktoberfest in Findlay is noon to 10 p.m. Saturday. There will be polka bands, dancing, food, contests, car show and kids games.

FORT LORAMIE — Fort Loramie German Heritage Days is 4 p.m. to midnight today and 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday at Canal Park, SR 66 and 705. There will be beer and food stands, German bands and more.

LAKEVIEW — Fall Festival at Indian Lake Campground is 4 p.m. to 10 p.m today, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at 12774 State Route 235 N. There will be arts and crafts, entertainment, food, hay wagon rides, wildlife displays, Care Flight fly-in and more.

NEW BREMEN — New Bremen Pumpkinfest is 4 p.m. to midnight today and 8:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday at Crown Pavilion. There will be kid’s activities, entertainment, a bike ride, face painting, car and motorcycle cruise-in, sidewalk chalk contest, cornhole, pumpkin pie bake off, kids pie eating contest and more.

PIQUA — St. Boniface Oktoberfest in Piqua is 5 to 11 p.m. today and 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday at 218 S. Downing St. There will be German and American foods, beverages, music, raffles, carnival rides and games.
