LIMA — The fair means one thing to some: Fair food.

Concessions Director Darlene “Dar” Hollar ensures there is a little bit of everything for everyone. She has also made sure that you can you find delicious and filling fair food all throughout the grounds.

“There isn’t really any competition between the vendors. Everyone is there to provide the fairgoers with the best possible product and service,” Hollar said.

Hollar was glad to announce Taste of the Fair is returning. Last year was the first year for this special event. Each participating vendor is offering a smaller portion at a smaller price, which encourages fairgoers to try a little bit of everything from all the vendors.

There will also be additional food vendors this year. Aiming to add some international flavor, there will now be a Caribbean and German vendor.
