Putnam County Common Pleas Court
Shawn A. Heuerman, Cloverdale, and Candise E. Heuerman, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 5, 2007 in Grand Rapids, and have two children.
Atreyu A. Baldridge, 28, Box 102, Hamler, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failure to pay child support. He was granted work release.
Michael K. Schwaiger, 59, 12678 Road G12, Ottawa, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for cultivation of marijuana and 12 months for possession of drugs to be served concurrently. He was fined $10,000 and his license was suspended for 12 months. Charges including possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools were dismissed.
Ethan J. Yinger, 22, 103 Plum St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for theft of checks with credit for 124 days served. He must pay restitution of $3,970 to the victims. He was originally charged with forgery, theft and uttering.
Wells Fargo Bank, Fort Mill, S.C., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Jessica Tousley, Columbus Grove, and Chad Tousley, Port Charlotte, Fla., in the amount of $69,072.50, plus interest and costs.
Michael D. Morman, Ottawa, was appointed to a term to the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission to a term starting Jan. 1, 2014 through Dec. 31, 2018.

Ted A. Hart, 52, 210 Selhorst Drive, Apt. 119, Ottawa, charged with gross sexual imposition, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
Reggie B. Jones, 42, 508 Fairview Ave., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to attempted forgery. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 suspended, and consecutive to Allen County case, and $100 fine. A charge of theft was dismissed.
