ReStore holding UpCycle Challenge

LIMA Habitat for Humanity Lima Area ReStore announced its inaugural Ultimate UpCycle Challenge.

The object of the challenge is to source and re-purpose a household item from the Lima Area ReStore. Entries will be on display from May 15 to 29, at the Lima Mall, where the public can vote by depositing a quarter. Entries are requested to become the property of the ReStore and then will be auctioned off in a silent auction at the ReStore during the last week of May and first week of June. Winners will be announced at the Big Fifth Birthday Celebration on June 8.

First-place winner will receive a $500 Visa card, with additional prizes to be announced throughout the competition. All applicants will receive a $25 credit at the ReStore upon submitting their project.
